I started using the Reasor’s app for my grocery orders, and it’s been a easy part of my routine. When I’m trying to put an order together quickly, I can usually find what I need without digging around forever, and the search actually works the way I expect it to.

I also like checking the weekly ad and coupons in the app before I shop. Adding items to my cart feels simple, and it’s nice that it remembers things I buy often, because I tend to grab a lot of the same basics every week.

Checking out on my phone has been smooth every time I’ve used it. It’s not trying to be anything flashy, but it does what I need it to do, and that’s what I appreciate most

the aisles are a bit confusing at first, but I was still able to find my way around without too much trouble.

i ordered from reasors.com and the checkout was really quick. i didn’t feel like i was stuck clicking through a bunch of extra steps or typing the same info over and over.

my payment went through right away and the site didn’t freeze up, which was kind of a relief. i was finished in just a couple minutes.

overall it was a smooth experience. i’d definitely order again, especially when i’m in a hurry and just want to get it done.

I order from Reasor's every now and then, but the meat and seafood have been really hit or miss lately. The chicken I got looked like it had been sitting around too long, and the shrimp had a strange smell as soon as it arrived. It kind of gave me a bait-and-switch feeling, like the photos and descriptions make everything seem fresh and nice, but what showed up wasn’t that at all. The prices are decent, but I’m hesitant to order fresh stuff online from them again

The pharmacy staff was great. They actually filled my meds quickly and answered my question without making me feel like they were trying to rush me out.

I usually find some good weekly deals here, and it’s definitely worth checking out if you’re trying to save a bit. I just wish they had more discounts on fresh produce, but overall I’d still recommend taking a look most weeks...

Ordering is easy, so I don’t really have complaints there. The substitutions are what get annoying though. Sometimes they pick something that makes sense, but other times it feels totally random or it ends up being more expensive than what I wanted. Also, the reminders are a bit much, I get that they’re trying to keep me updated, but the constant nudges feel kind of aggressive after a while. It’s not a terrible service, I just wish they were more careful with swaps and chilled out on the reminders.

Not the best produce this time around... the lettuce was already wilted and the berries went bad by the next day, which was a bummer

I usually really like ordering from here, so I want to give them the benefit of the doubt. My order was mostly correct, but one item was wrong. Not a huge deal, but it was still a bit disappointing since I’ve been loyal to this place.

It wasn’t a disaster or anything, but it’d be a lot better if the timing was more consistent, especially when you’re planning your day around it

I was able to find what I needed locally, which was nice because I didn’t really feel like driving all over. They’re usually stocked near me, so I guess that pretty much makes it a reliable spot in my book.

I ordered pickup through reasors.com and it went smoothly. I’m always a little nervous with online grocery stuff because I don’t want to get fooled by missing items, weird charges, or substitutions I didn’t ask for. A couple things were out of stock, but they texted me about it, which I appreciated. Pickup was quick too. The only thing is the website could load a bit faster, but overall it was a solid experience.

I’ve had a good experience with the prepared meals here overall. Most days they taste fresh, and the chicken tenders are usually the best thing in the lineup. I did have a couple of sides that were kind of bland once, but maybe it just depends on who’s making them that day or what batch you get. Still, when I don’t feel like cooking, it’s a solid quick dinner option.

I’m giving 4 stars because one time the bananas showed up a little riper than I would’ve picked myself. Not a huge deal, but I would’ve liked them a bit greener. I also wish the ordering or preference instructions were a little clearer so it’s easier to explain things like that. Still, it’s been a good experience for online groceries.

I’ve had a few things from this bakery and it’s kind of hard to pin down. The cakes were good, like I’d happily grab one again, but the bread I got last time was dry and a little disappointing. Not the worst place at all, just a bit hit or miss depending on what you get.

They did help me in the end, so I appreciate that, but... it took longer than I expected. Overall, it was fine, just not the quickest experience.

I stopped by Reasor’s and the store was okay overall, but a few aisles had spills and some of the carts were sticky. It wasn’t a huge disaster or anything, but it definitely felt like things weren’t being checked as often as they should’ve been that day. I’d expect at least an apology or some acknowledgment when the store isn’t kept up like usual.

I tried the curbside pickup and it was quick and easy. The whole process was simple, and I didn’t have to wait around much. Overall, I’d say it was a good experience and I’d use it again

I was able to find most of the groceries I needed without much trouble. Nothing fancy, but it’s a convenient place to grab the basics.
